Just blocks off of the south end of downtown, you are walking distance to restaurants, health food stores, post office, and the charming downtown area. This vacation rental utilize every single space. Three levels of living area makes it quaint and roomy. Built in the late 30's it is charming with all modern day amenities.
The living has a corner sectional with recliner seats on either end. This room houses the flat screen HDTV, DVD player. There are two bedroom on the main level. One bedroom has a TV with a VHS player. They both have queen size beds. Off of the kitchen through the back door rest a great deck with room to relax, BBQ, dining sitting, or enjoy the breeze from the trees. Upstairs in the completed attic is a great room with two queen beds, a futon, a wrap around deck with broadband or wireless connect and a local land-line phone. There are plenty of board games here to entertainment everyone for hours. The attic also has a air condition unit to keep it nice and cool in the heat of the summer. The downstairs basement is perfect for the second living area. Perfect setting to watch a good movie with the biggest TV in the house. Nice furnishing for a cozy theatre feel. There is also the second bathroom and laundry room.
Off seat parking for two cars. fenced back yard. Relaxing covered front porch. Plenty of board games, movies, books to entertain or relax you. You will enjoy this place!
